Breakfast Muffin – munchme

Breakfast Muffin


(for 1 serving)

  • ⅓ cup oat flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 1 tbs sweetener
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 packet munchme® Almond Blueberry


Cinnamon, frozen blueberries.


  1. Preheat oven to 180°c.
  2. Mix oat flour, baking powder, almond butter and sweetener in a bowl. Add and stir in almond milk. Once combined add in Almond Blueberry Clusters and frozen blueberries.
  3. Pour into a ramekin and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with extra almond butter and crushed clusters on top.
