- 100g dark chocolate
- ¼ cup quick oats
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 1 tbs runny nut butter
- ½ packet munchme® Pistachio Cranberry
- Melt half of your dark chocolate in a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Distribute into donut moulds and put in the fridge to set.
- Melt the rest of your dark chocolate and pour over the top of set donuts. Sprinkle some extra clusters on top. Place back in the fridge to set.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
