Nut Cluster Choc Bites

Ingredients

(makes 12)

  • 1 packet munchme® Roast Almond Cashew
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbs rice malt syrup
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbs almond butter

Method

  1. Add ¾ packet of Munchme in a bowl and crush. Add oats and syrup and mix together.
  2. Scoop into silicone mini muffin mould filling halfway. Press firmly into mould. Put in the fridge to set.
  3. Melt dark chocolate either in the microwave or on the stove. Stir through almond butter and pour over set bases.
  4. Sprinkle over remaining Munchme pieces. Put back in the fridge to set.

Store in the fridge for up to a week.
