- 1 packet munchme® Roast Almond Cashew
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbs rice malt syrup
- 100g dark chocolate
- 2 tbs almond butter
- Add ¾ packet of Munchme in a bowl and crush. Add oats and syrup and mix together.
- Scoop into silicone mini muffin mould filling halfway. Press firmly into mould. Put in the fridge to set.
- Melt dark chocolate either in the microwave or on the stove. Stir through almond butter and pour over set bases.
- Sprinkle over remaining Munchme pieces. Put back in the fridge to set.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
