For the Base:
▪️ 3/4 cup Almond Meal
▪️ 2 tbs Rice Malt Syrup
▪️ 1 tbs Coconut Oil
For the Caramel Fudge:
▪️ 1/3 cup Almond Butter
▪️ 3 tbs Coconut Oil
▪️ 3 tbs Rice Malt Syrup
▪️ Munchme® Roasted Almond Clusters
Add ingredients for the base in a bowl and mix until well combined. Press evenly into a lined baking tray and put in the freezer to set.
To make the caramel fudge, add almond butter, coconut oil and syrup into a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and pour over the base. Put in the freezer.
Once the caramel fudge has hardened, press Munchme® Roasted Almond Clusters onto the top. Cut into bars and keep stored in the fridge or freezer.
